The building, built in 1904 in the center of Cortina, a stone’s throw from the parish church and the town hall, presents the typical features of the Tyrolean Ampezzo architecture of the time. On the second floor of the house there are two spacious apartments, equipped with all comforts (provided with parking spaces but without a lift) and with balconies overlooking Corso Italia, a limited traffic area, used only for pedestrian passage, where there are often folkloristic and cultural events, and where there are many commercial establishments for shopping. Guests will be given a pass with which they can approach the rear part of the house for loading and unloading.
